Thank you for preordering Well Considered from Just the Inserts, LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping process for your preorder.
1. Order Processing
All preorders for Well Considered will be processed as soon as the book becomes available. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping is expected to commence by Oct 2024.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer flat rate ($4.90) shipping for all domestic orders.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
4. International Shipping
Due to recent price increases in international shipping, Just the Inserts is currently unable to offer international shipping for physical products. However, the eBook is available for purchase and download worldwide.
Just the Inserts is actively seeking cost-effective solutions to offer international shipping in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your book in good condition.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
